I belong nowhere.
Not here nor there,
Not anywhere,
I belong nowhere.

I belong everywhere.
To the race of man,
To the earth and the stars,
I belong everywhere.

Such paradox seemed improper,
In restless youth my mind did wander,
To age-old queries of life and meaning,
Twas quite a journey of pain and glory.

No longer young yet not quite old,
I see the world with eyes anew,
I’ve ceased to struggle and to roam,
For where I lay my head is home.
